Your Wedding Your Way, Any Where, Any Time
A recent study revealed that almost 60% of marriages are civil ceremonies. Often these take place in the offices of the local Registrar and can be over in less than 15 minutes, with limited personalisation and guest numbers, and restrictions on photography/videography to capture the all-important moments.
As a celebrant performing a religious or non-religious wedding or civil partnership service, I provide a ceremony to truly mark your life-long commitment to each other in the way that you want. Not constrained by formal procedures or venues, the ceremony is unique to you and your partner, and when you make your vows you may choose to exchange rings or some other token of your commitment.
Using me as your celebrant means you can:Construct a ceremony that reflects your beliefs
Express vows to each other in your own words; either formal or totally informal
Select readings and music that hold a special significance to you as a couple
Incorporate additional elements that cannot normally be accommodated
Choose a meaningful venue that allows for the guest numbers you want to share your day
Have friends and family participate in the ceremony
I meet with couples during the planning stage to understand your love story, answer your questions and discuss ideas, then prepare a script tailored specifically for you. I can assist with writing your vows and advise on readings and music, and will review the approach for the ceremony with you so that you feel totally relaxed, confident and ready to enjoy your very special day.
